Mrs. Dotter is a teacher at PS-22, the twins' school. She is a rather obese white and brown dog. Her coworker is Miss Luna; they apparently work alongside each other as the preschool teachers. She has made a few background appearances, although her first and so far last major appearance was in Judge Mia's Valentine's Day, when she was sent to the hospital because of severe constipation indefinitely. She has not returned to the series since the incident. It is possible that Mrs. Dotter uses Constipatia, because it is the only known constipation pill.
